Shipping Info

All U.S. orders will ship First Class unless you purchase upgraded shipping at time of checkout. All International orders ship International Standard Shipping.

We offer Free Standard Shipping on U.S. Orders over $50. Purchases up to $49 ship via First Class for $3.50 or Priority for $9.

We offer Free First Class Shipping for International orders over $150. Purchases up to $149 ship to Canada for $15 and to all other eligible countries outside the US (see full list below) for $20.

Please see individual listings for processing times. Items shipping from Ivy+Light usually ship within 3-5 business days. Items from our other handmade brands may take longer. If you have any questions feel free to contact us prior to purchase.

Please check that your address is correct before completing your purchase. Ivy + Light is not responsible for any shipping issues due to incorrectly entering your address. Our shipping labels auto-print from the info you input.

International Shipping:

We ship First Class International to the following countries: Aruba, Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belgium, Bermuda, Canada, Cayman Islands, China, Cook Islands, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Liechtenstein, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan,  the United Kingdom (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales), U.S. Virgin Islands.  (If your country is not included, I apologize for the inconvenience. There are some countries to which Crystal Jewelry cannot be shipped.)
